1. About Petrava
Petrava is a pet travel advisory service operated by Andrea Matoso (Belgium). By using our website or requesting a service you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. What we provide
Petrava provides:
- Self-serve travel plans based on publicly available import and export regulations.
- Document-preparation guidance and logistics coordination for international pet travel.
- Specialist support for airline booking, vet scheduling, and customs paperwork.
3. What we do not provide
Petrava is not a veterinary practice, legal firm, or government authority. We provide informational guidance only. In particular:
- We do not provide veterinary advice or diagnosis.
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We do not guarantee border entry, import approval, or airline acceptance.
- Official regulations can change without notice — always verify current requirements with your veterinarian and the relevant government authority.
You remain solely responsible for ensuring your pet meets all applicable import, export, and health requirements of the countries involved.
4. Service requests and quotes
Submitting a service request through our website does not constitute a binding contract or payment obligation. A contract is formed only when you receive and explicitly accept a written quote from Petrava.
Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in each individual quote. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend service pending payment.
6. Cancellation
If you cancel before we have commenced work on your request, no charge applies. Once work has started, we may invoice for the proportion of work completed. Cancellations must be made in writing to petravaeu@gmail.com.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Belgian law, Petrava's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; missed flights or travel disruptions; refused border entry or quarantine; veterinary complications; or changes to government regulations after our guidance was issued.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
